Folk art stenciled drawing, “A Country Seat”, unsigned. The view is of a grand house on the Hudson River, with deer, sailboats and flying birds. The drawing is framed in a lemon gold frame. Written on the back is a note: “A countly (sic) seat near Hudson, circa 1840”. 19th century, American school.
