Early country sofa/day bed, pine and mixed hardwoods. The sofa sports old green paint, beautiful turnings on the posts and a beautiful fan carved back. It comes with a wooden board and a long cushion. The sofa is in good condition with minor defects due to its age. The feet have been extended to raise the sofa to a comfortable height, (only shown in one photo). A 19th century coverlet accompanies the sofa in the event the purchaser wishes to cover the pad with it. Mid-19th century, Canadian.
