Chippendale tiger maple tall chest. The chest sports two half-drawers over five graduated full drawers supported by a Chippendale bracket base, strong tiger striping, a warm old finish, and original brasses. It is constructed with rose-headed hand-forged nails and is in very good condition, exhibiting only the expected wear and tear from age and usage. Circa 1780-1800, New England.
