Portrait of a young girl, o/c. The girl is wearing a red dress with black trim, red striped stockings, gray and black button shoes and a coral necklace. She rests on a green cushion above a yellow and green stenciled floor, and is holding one of her shoes in her hand. The portrait is housed in a period giltwood frame with the original stretcher. It is signed C Razylia(?) Murdoch. The portrait is in very good condition, relined, and with some scattered in-painting. Mid-19th century, American.
