Painted rectangular hutch table. The table sports original red paint, a three-board top with rounded edges, a base with a molded edge bench seat opening onto a storage area, and attractive half-moon cutouts on the sides. It is very sturdy, with a large overhang all around for comfortable seating of up to eight people. The table is in very good condition, with excellent patina, and with paint wear commensurate with age and usage. Mid-19th century, New England.
