Early New Jersey Kas, probably made by Matthew Edgerton, gumwood, nice small size, with raised panel doors, high bracket feet and an attractive cornice. Except for replaced hinges and a minor repair on one drawer lip, the kas is all original, including the brasses, and dates from the 18th century.
