Important and very early schrank, walnut. The cupboard sports two raised-panel doors with brass “H” hinges attached with early hand-made screws clinched over on the inside. Features include a very strong cornice, a dovetailed case with chamfered “lamb’s tongue” corners, original wooden knobs and wide backboards. The cupboard is all original, with attractive warm patina and in very good condition. 18th century, Pennsylvania.
