Naïve full-length painting of a brother and sister with their dog, oil on canvas, later laid down on masonite, unsigned. The boy is sitting on a painted Sheraton fancy chair. The girl is holding a book and showing her brother a picture of a dog just like theirs. The painting has been professionally cleaned and restored, with some inpainting. Circa 1830, New York State or Vermont.
