Chinese export porcelain tea set made for the American market, consisting of a teapot, sugar bowl and pitcher.
The pieces are beautifully designed, with entwined strap handles ending in floral sprays, classic banding of blue enamel with gilt stars, and gilt raspberry finials on the lids. Excellent condition. Circa 1820.
